Who we are
SERVICES
Theiss Sausage Co has been in operation since 1973, spanning over 3 family generations smoking sausages and processing deer, cattle, and wild game. We pride ourselves on our old fashioned processing using no fillers or binders. From our handmade jerky to our hard wood smoked sausage, it is all made with homemade tender loving care. Anything we sell in our store can be made out of your animal, allowing you to to think outside the box of the usual steaks and hamburger. We are very particular about the handling of our clients orders; we do not mix orders.
Our customers can rest assured that the animal they bring will be the animal they receive. We use only USDA inspected beef and pork in our signature hardwood smoked sausages and retail snacks. We handle all of your cattle slaughter and processing, deer processing, and wild game processing needs. You can also purchase signature retail goods such as jerky, sausage, ribeyes, and other custom products. We provide year round services and products, with our jerky available for shipping.

Deer Season is October – January. Due to the volume of deer we receive during these months we do not process Domestic Animals. We will begin processing Domestics again in February.
